The 2017 Rebisaca is the one white that is different, as it mixes grape varieties—70% Albariño from Salnés with 25% Treixadura and 5% Loureira from Condado de Tea. This is a wine that ages very nicely and has a different profile with some reductive aromas at first and hints of bay leaf, and then it has an electric, tasty palate with the saline minerality of the granite soils. It leaves a salty sensation in the mouth. Very tasty. The varieties age separately, and the wine is blended after some seven months.
