Jasper Morris MW (Inside Burgundy) 90: This is from 1.80 hectares across seven parcels: five from Les Enseignères, one each from Rue Rousseau and Les Meix. All are brilliantly placed, underneath Bâtard, Bienvenues and Pucelles. It’s hard to think of a better-located village example. The rich bouquet has a note of acacia and honey, carrying through to the palate, underlined by density and grip. Drink 2023-2030.
