Producer's Notes

We are excited release out forth vintage of Aligoté! Sometimes referred to as the "3rd grape" of Burgundy, this often overlooked varietal has found a home in sandy soils. This wine has all the classic Aligoté flair with aromas of apple, lemon and slightly herbacious notes. The palate is structured and crisp. A fine wine to enjoy on its own or pair with a roast chicken or simple cream based pastas.

Lots of ripe citrus, sappy green herbs, hay, and white flower notes emerge from the 2023 Aligote, a clean, crisp, nicely balanced white that has solid, medium-bodied richness, and a classy finish. It's impeccably made and well worth seeking out.
