The Nose: Thick and rich. Candied cherries, pipe tobacco, Werther's Caramels, allspice.

On the Palate: Cinnamon bread, brown sugar, clove. Mouth coating and slight oiliness. A few drops of water heightens the oily texture, and teases out hickory smoked bacon.

The Finish: Oak spice, cinnamon, lingering earthiness.
