The Hot Irishman is an Irish coffee mix that contains fine Colombian coffee, dark brown sugar and smooth Irish whiskey. All you need to make a great Irish coffee is to add some boiling water and top it with some cream. This has won many awards for its great taste, and we can confirm ourselves that it makes a great Irish coffee. Our top tip is to finish off each Irish coffee with lightly whipped cream, or alternatively shake some single cream in a small bottle before floating it on top.
