Producer's Notes

Special Release of a most mystical Rum: severe, powerful and mysterious. As if perhaps, the sum of its parts were gathered in prayer.

A rich sweet nose: almond paste, southern sweets, Mediterranean biscuits marzipan. Tones of citrus, of fresh limoncello on an Amali terrace contemplating the gulf... I'm sorry - I've strayed off topic.

In the mouth it thrusts forward, squaring up in a Dantean way, providinga universe for each molecule. A wide and persistent range of senstions which originate from a savory and intense mouthfell, then plunging into an exploration for all the other descriptive categories:

Spicy: star anise, cinnamon.

Floral lime, honey.

Mineral: salt... Mysterious, enignatic, indecipherable, magnetic, serious and powerful.

A monk struggling with his spiritual exercises..
