Big Table Farm Wine Tasting
Join us Saturday afternoon as Nathan White of Henderson Selections pours five wines from Big Table Farm, one of the Willamette Valley’s distinctive small-production wineries.
Founded by winemaker Brian Marcy and artist Clare Carver, Big Table Farm began in 2006 after the couple moved from Napa to Oregon. Their 70-acre property is both a working farm and winery, with regenerative farming at the heart of the project. Brian’s wines are made in small quantities with a hands-on approach, while Clare creates the artwork for the winery’s letterpress labels, which are cut and applied by hand.
Nathan will take us through both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, from the multi-vineyard Wild Bee Chardonnay to two of Big Table Farm’s vineyard-focused Pinot Noirs. The 2023 Sunnyside comes from a historic eight-acre vineyard planted in 1970, while the Yamhill-Carlton bottling brings together fruit from multiple sites to showcase the character of the appellation.
