Noe Urrea, Founder of NVU Brands, will present a selection from South Carolina's High Wire Distilling Co. Known for reviving heritage grains like Jimmy Red corn, High Wire has built a reputation for producing distinctive spirits that reflect both historical ingredients and modern craftsmanship. Alongside two of the distillery's celebrated bourbons, guests will also have the opportunity to explore High Wire's botanical Southern Amaro and Hat Trick Gin, showcasing the breadth of the distillery's thoughtful approach to spirit making.
