Kubota Sake
Join Kubota representatives Nozomi Cruz and Kaoru Ito for a tasting through five expressions from this celebrated Niigata sake producer. Kubota is made by Asahi Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1830 in Nagaoka, an area known for its snowy winters, clean water, and long sake-brewing tradition.
The lineup offers a great opportunity to explore several sides of Kubota, moving from the crisp, food-friendly Senjyu to the more polished Junmai Daiginjo bottlings, including Senshin and the flagship Manjyu, along with Kubota's creamy, gently sweet Nigori.
