Pinhook Bourbon & Rye

Joe Dziuba will be in-store presenting Pinhook, a modern American whiskey project built around the idea that no two vintages are ever the same. Rather than chasing a fixed flavor profile, Pinhook releases each batch as a snapshot in time, allowing the whiskey to evolve year by year as it continues to age.

The whiskeys are distilled and aged in Kentucky, with a focus on transparency around mashbill, proof, and vintage. It’s a thoughtful approach that leans into variation, giving a clearer look at how bourbon and rye develop over time in barrel.
