Redwood Empire Tasting with Master Blender Lauren Patz

Join us for a special tasting with Lauren Patz, Master Blender for Redwood Empire Whiskey, featuring a lineup of the Northern California distillery’s signature whiskeys and Bottled-in-Bond releases. Lauren will guide guests through the collection and will be on hand to sign bottles purchased during the event.

Named for Northern California’s Redwood Empire, the brand draws inspiration from the towering trees and rugged landscape that surround its home. Its individual whiskeys are named for remarkable trees, while its approach to whiskey reflects a distinctly Northern California perspective. Redwood Empire began distilling in Sonoma County in 2015 and today produces its whiskey at its distillery on Mare Island, where the team oversees more than 22,000 aging barrels. The region’s cooler coastal climate allows for slower, more even maturation than the dramatic seasonal swings associated with traditional Kentucky whiskey production.
