Join Christina Chilcoat of Rootstock for a tasting through five wines from Luciano Sandrone, one of the benchmark estates of Piedmont.

Founded in 1978 after Luciano Sandrone purchased his first parcel in Cannubi Boschis, the estate rose to prominence for a style of Barolo that combines the structure and character of traditional Piedmont with remarkable polish and precision. Today, the Sandrone family continues to farm vineyards across Barolo, Roero and the surrounding Langhe, producing wines that offer a great look at several of the region’s classic grapes and sites.

We’ll taste two of the estate’s celebrated Barolos alongside Barbera, Dolcetto and the Valmaggiore Nebbiolo d’Alba, sourced from the steep, sandy slopes of Roero.
