Join us for a tasting with Scott Hughes, Regional Sales Director for Starlight Distillery, featuring two distinctive bourbons from this family-run Indiana distillery.

The Huber family’s roots in Starlight, Indiana date to 1843, when Simon Huber settled there after emigrating from Germany. Seven generations later, the family continues to farm the estate. Starlight Distillery grew out of that agricultural heritage, initially producing brandy from fruit grown on the family farm before expanding into grain spirits and bourbon.

Scott will be pouring two limited-release expressions that showcase Starlight’s creative approach to barrel finishing:

• Starlight Honey Reserve Bourbon — Sweet-mash bourbon finished in barrels that previously held honey harvested from hives on the Huber family farm, with notes of honey, orchard fruit, caramel, vanilla, and warm baking spice.
• Starlight Cigar Batch Bourbon — A blend of mature Starlight bourbons finished in Brazilian Amburana oak casks, bringing layers of cigar box, vanilla, tobacco, sweet cream, and baking spice.
