Takara Sake has been producing sake in Berkeley, California since 1983, drawing on the brewing traditions of its parent company, Takara Shuzo, whose history in Japan dates back to 1842. This tasting is a great opportunity to explore the range of the Sho Chiku Bai portfolio and see how rice polishing, brewing style, and carbonation can create dramatically different expressions of sake.
