The Reveries & Provenance Bourbon Tasting with Founder Jay West

Jay will be in-store pouring a lineup that spans both labels, from Provenance Small Batch and a 7 Year Single Barrel Bourbon to older, limited releases from The Reveries. The tasting also includes The Reveries 9 Year Single Barrel Bourbon selected in collaboration with Pogo’s and the Dallas Bourbon Club, offering the opportunity to taste our own barrel selection alongside the broader portfolio.

We’ll be tasting:

• Provenance Small Batch Bourbon
• Provenance 7 Year Single Barrel Bourbon
• The Reveries 10 Year Single Barrel Rye “Grand Meridien”
• The Reveries 9 Year Single Barrel Bourbon — Pogo’s + Dallas Bourbon Club selection
• The Reveries Raven Batch V Bourbon — available for preorder only; bottles will not be available for purchase during the tasting

We’re particularly excited to share Raven Batch V. Pogo’s Spirits Buyer Simon Taylor calls it one of his absolute favorite bourbons, and he’s been eagerly waiting for the chance for everyone to taste this limited release. Raven Batch V will be poured during the event, with bottles available for preorder only.
