The Sakeman Experience

We’re hosting a special guided sake tasting at our Tasting Room in the Dallas Design District alongside Sakeman Yellow, Sakeman Red, and special guest Lance Smith of JFC International. 

Founded around the mission of bringing “Sake to the World,” Sakeman has become one of the most recognizable names in sake education, known for introducing drinkers to Japan’s brewing traditions through energetic, highly approachable tastings that blend deep knowledge with a genuine passion for the category. Working directly with family-owned breweries across Japan, the Sakeman team helps tell the stories behind the producers, regions, and centuries-old traditions that make sake such a fascinating beverage.

Together, they’ll guide guests through an incredibly broad range of sake styles, from crisp and mineral-driven Junmai Ginjo to sparkling sake, cloudy nigori, fresh namazake, and even yuzu and matcha-infused expressions.

Along the way, guests will explore how rice polishing, brewing methods, fermentation techniques, and regional traditions shape the character of each sake, gaining a deeper understanding of one of the world's most fascinating beverage cultures.

Guests will also enjoy a selection of cheese and charcuterie.
