Rieslingfreak Reverence of Riesling No. 33 Clare Valley 2025
What began as John and Belinda Hughes' obsession with a single grape has grown into Rieslingfreak, one of Australia's most exciting Riesling producers. The No. 33 blends fruit from Clare Valley's renowned subregions of Watervale, Polish Hill River, and White Hutt, capturing the region's vibrancy in one approachable bottle. The 2025 vintage is bright and unmistakably Clare Valley, bursting with aromas of lime blossom, green apple, and white peach that lead into a bone-dry palate layered with vibrant citrus, nervy mineral edge. It's the perfect refreshing sip to beat the Texas heat.

Tenuta di Trinoro 'Le Cupole' Toscana Rosso
Tenuta di Trinoro was founded in the 1980's by Andrea Franchetti after spending time in Bordeaux and working as a wine maker. The spot he picked was slightly out of the way compared to his contemporaries, but he realized that the clay/limestone and gravel soils on his property were perfect for growing the bordeaux varietals that he was accustomed to, and loved to drink himself. The 'Le Cupole' is the second label of Trinoro and is a blend of Cab Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. Fermented in stainless steel then aged in one to three year-old French barriques and cement tanks, Le Cupole is velvety and approachable, while still keeping a rich tannic structure.
