Granbazan Albarino Etiqueta Ambar Rias Baixas 2023

Located in the heart of the Rias Baixas in Galicia, Spain, Granbazán is crafting some of the greatest Albariños in the market. The Etiqueta Ámbar is a brilliant example of this. It is 100% Albariño that is made with destemmed fruit and allowed to age on the lees for 8 months giving the wine a silky feel to go along with the naturally high acidity. It is highly aromatic featuring notes of Nectarine, Plum, and Mandarins. On the palate you will enjoy the creaminess with notes of sourdough, jasmine, and sweet pastries. This wine finishes strong and long. Pair this with the traditional Spanish seafood dish Mejillones a al Marinera (Sailor-style Mussels).

Hofer Gruner Veltliner 2021 (1L)

This refreshing white is a steal especially since it comes in a one liter bottle! Hofer is a certified organic estate in Austria and about half of their production is Gruner Veltliner. This is a perfect wine for the summer...lean, mineral, flinty, and quaffable. Notes of green apple and fresh herbs dance on the palate. Enjoy with grilled fish tacos or roasted asparagus with a poached egg.
