Agricola Brandini Alta Langa DOCG
Alongside their acclaimed Barolos in Piedmont, Agricola Brandini produces out of this world, organically farmed, traditional-method sparkling wines from the mountainous Alta Langa DOCG. This brut offers fine, persistent bubbles with aromas of green apple, citrus, fresh-baked brioche, and delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and vibrant, showing hints of orchard fruit and mineral complexity balanced by bright acidity and a long, refined finish. A perfect way to kick off this hot Texas summer!

Chateau Du Taillan Haut Medoc 2018
Purchased in 1896 by Henri Cruse, this Chateau is now owned and run by his 5 Great-granddaughters. These sisters have ardently focused on top tier wine-making which shows in the quality of their flagship wines. Their dedication has earned them the "Cru Bourgeois Exceptional" classification, one of only 14 Chateaus in the Medoc. The wine is composed of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon which translates to a velvety mouthfeel, bursting with Black Currants, Plums, and Black Cherries. This wine is well structured, but fresh enough that you can still enjoy it out on your patio. Pair with roast duck, grilled brats or a rack of ribs!
