Castle & Key Seasonal Harvest Gin is a limited-release expression that captures the changing botanicals of the distillery's historic grounds in Frankfort, Kentucky. Produced from a rye-based spirit, each annual release features a unique blend of fresh botanicals harvested from Castle & Key's estate gardens, making every vintage a reflection of the growing season while maintaining the distillery's signature balance and precision.

Classic juniper is supported by coriander, angelica root, and citrus, with the seasonal botanicals adding layers of fresh herbs, flowers, and subtle spice that vary from release to release.
