Dolin Génépy des Alpes is a traditional French herbal liqueur produced in Chambéry, the historic heart of Alpine liqueur making. Crafted by Maison Dolin, it is made from génépy, a group of aromatic alpine plants related to wormwood that grow at high elevations throughout the French Alps. Long prized by mountaineers as a restorative digestif, génépy offers a gentler, more floral character than many intensely bitter herbal liqueurs.

The palate is bright, fresh, and delicately herbal, with notes of alpine flowers, mint, chamomile, thyme, sage, and citrus peel balanced by subtle sweetness and a pleasantly dry finish. The result is an elegant, aromatic liqueur that showcases the distinctive mountain botanicals without overwhelming bitterness.
