Gin Lane Old Tom (750ml)

Gin Lane Old Tom Gin is a traditional Old Tom-style gin that revives the richer, slightly sweeter style popular in 18th- and 19th-century England. Produced in small batches, it bridges the gap between the bold juniper character of London Dry gin and the softer, maltier profile of Dutch genever, making it an excellent choice for both classic and modern cocktails.

Juniper leads the palate, complemented by notes of orange peel, coriander, angelica root, licorice, and warm baking spice. A touch of sweetness rounds the edges without becoming syrupy, creating a silky texture and balanced finish that highlights the gin's botanical complexity.

Old Tom gin was the style originally called for in many pre-Prohibition cocktail recipes, including the Martinez and Tom Collins. Gin Lane's interpretation stays true to that heritage, offering a rich, aromatic profile that is equally enjoyable in classic cocktails or served simply over ice.
