Organic pinot for herb roasted chicken & THE pairing for oysters this fall.
Melanie Kaman's Pick
County Line Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2024
This is a wonderful Pinot Noir as we come into Fall. Made by Eric Sussman of Radio Coteau fame, it is all organically grown and bottled unfiltered. It has notes of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, and strawberry with hints of sage as well. It is medium bodied with cherry cola and earthy notes on the palate. This is a graceful and delicate Pinot with fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Enjoy it with herb roasted chicken and rosemary potatoes.

Michel Bregeon Muscadet Sevre Et Maine Sur Lie 2024
Fall is a time for cracking open Oysters and enjoying the briny, delicious mollusks when they are at their plumpest. And when you enjoy them, you want the perfect pairing and we have it! The Michel Bregeon Muscadet Sevre Et Maine Sur Lie is THE wine to pair with raw oysters. This crisp white is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne and aged on the lees (Sur Lie) to give its crisp salinity a bit of creaminess. The citrus notes will compliment your Oysters, but this wine is also great for Lobster, Scallops, and Sole.
