This collection brings together a focused set of releases from Elixir Distillers, one of the most thoughtful independent bottlers working in Scotch today. Their approach is simple but increasingly rare: source exceptional casks, bottle them with minimal intervention, and let the whisky speak clearly.
At the core is The Single Malts of Scotland, a range built on identifying standout casks from across Scotland and bottling them either individually or in very small batches. These are not standard, repeatable releases—each one comes from a limited parcel, often just a handful of casks, which makes them both distinctive and finite by nature.
Alongside it, Elements of Islay and Port Askaig expand the lens.
Elements of Islay focuses on composition, building small-batch blended malts around cask type and flavor structure—whether that’s bourbon cask brightness, sherry-driven depth, or layered peat.
Port Askaig turns to place, capturing the coastal character of Islay across a range of ages, where smoke, salinity, and texture come into focus.
Taken together, this is a collection that moves from distillery to cask to place—offering a more complete view of how Scotch can be selected and presented outside the standard model. Limited, intentional, and well worth a closer look.
