Bigallet China China Amer Bitter Liqueur (750ml)

Bigallet China-China Amer is a traditional French bittersweet liqueur produced in the French Alps by Maison Bigallet, a family-owned producer founded in 1872. Made from a blend of sweet and bitter orange peels, cinchona bark, and a selection of herbs and spices, the liqueur is macerated and carefully aged to develop its signature balance of citrus richness and gentle bitterness.

The palate opens with vibrant notes of candied orange peel and marmalade, followed by layers of warm baking spice, gentian, quinine, and subtle herbal complexity. A Cognac-like richness and silky texture are balanced by a pleasantly bitter finish, making it equally compelling as an aperitif or digestif.
