Bobbys Schiedam Jenever Gin (750ml)

Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin is a Dutch gin that bridges the traditions of classic Dutch distilling and Indonesian spice. Produced at the Herman Jansen Distillery in Schiedam, the gin was inspired by the heritage of Jacobus "Bobby" Alfons, whose Indonesian roots influenced the selection of botanicals. Rather than using malt wine like traditional jenever, Bobby's is distilled from a neutral grain spirit, placing it stylistically in the dry gin category while reflecting Dutch craftsmanship.

Juniper forms the backbone of the spirit, complemented by Indonesian botanicals including lemongrass, cubeb pepper, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, fennel, and rose hips. The result is a bright, aromatic gin with layers of citrus, warm spice, pepper, and subtle floral notes balanced by a clean, dry finish.

Distilled in small batches using separate distillations for the botanicals before blending, Bobby's emphasizes clarity and precision while offering a distinctive Southeast Asian twist on a classic dry gin. It is equally at home in a Gin & Tonic, Martini, or a wide range of contemporary cocktails.
