Bruichladdich 18 Year is an unpeated Islay single malt that highlights the island's coastal character through extended maturation rather than peat smoke. Distilled from 100% Scottish barley and matured primarily in bourbon casks with a smaller proportion of premium wine casks, the whisky is bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural color, reflecting Bruichladdich's commitment to transparency and traditional presentation.

The nose opens with aromas of honey, ripe peach, citrus zest, vanilla, and wildflowers, followed by layers of baked apple, toasted oak, salted caramel, and gentle baking spice. On the palate, the whisky is rich yet vibrant, balancing orchard fruit, malt sweetness, crème brûlée, roasted nuts, and a subtle maritime minerality that speaks to its Islay origins.
