D. George Benham's Barrel Finished Gin is a California craft gin that combines the vibrant botanicals of a traditional dry gin with the added depth of oak maturation. Produced by Graton Distilling Co. in Sonoma County, the gin is first distilled with a classic blend of botanicals before spending time in used American whiskey barrels, allowing the spirit to develop greater richness while preserving its botanical character.

Juniper remains at the forefront, supported by notes of orange peel, coriander, angelica root, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and baking spice. The barrel finishing lends a silky texture and subtle whiskey-like warmth without overwhelming the gin's fresh citrus and herbal profile. The result is a balanced, complex spirit with a long, gently spiced finish.

Named for California pioneer and entrepreneur D. George Benham, this barrel-finished gin bridges the worlds of whiskey and gin.
