Darroze Domaine de Poyanne Bas Armagnac 1974 (750ml)

Distilled in 1974 at Domaine de Poyanne and selected by the Darroze family, this vintage Bas-Armagnac spent 39 years in oak before being bottled in 2013. Produced from Ugni Blanc, it is a mature, traditionally styled expression that showcases the depth and complexity developed through decades of barrel aging.

Rich and robust, the nose and palate reveal layers of seasoned oak, vanilla, and buttery toffee, with the long maturation lending considerable depth and concentration. Warm spice builds toward the finish, balancing the sweeter notes of caramelized fruit and vanilla with mature, woody complexity. The finish is persistent, spicy, and distinctly old-school in character.
