Sipsmith Sloe Gin is a traditional English fruit liqueur made by steeping wild sloe berries in Sipsmith London Dry Gin, following a classic recipe that has long been part of Britain's countryside traditions. Produced in London, the berries are left to macerate slowly, allowing their tart, plum-like character to integrate naturally with the gin before a touch of sugar is added for balance.

The palate is rich and vibrant, offering notes of ripe plum, black cherry, red currant, almond, and juniper with hints of citrus and baking spice.
