Jelinek Gold Slivovitz 10 Year is a mature Czech plum brandy produced from fully ripened plums and aged for a full decade in oak barrels, giving the spirit far more depth and complexity than younger, more fiery examples of slivovitz. Produced kosher under strict supervision, it remains rooted in the long Central European tradition of fruit distillation while offering a more polished, contemplative style.

The nose opens with baked plum, dried cherry, vanilla, toasted almond, and gentle baking spice. The palate is rich and warming, balancing concentrated stone fruit with notes of honey, oak, cocoa, and subtle earthy spice from extended aging. Despite its age and richness, the fruit remains vibrant and clearly defined.
