Lamata Destilado de Agave

Lamata celebrates the extraordinary diversity of Mexico’s agave traditions through exceptionally small-production spirits from traditional distillers. Founded by Luis Loya, the project seeks to preserve the individuality of each producer and place, allowing local agaves, terroir and generations of knowledge to speak through every bottling. Our collection features six distinctive expressions from Durango, Sonora and Nuevo León, offering a fascinating glimpse into the regional traditions and gusto histórico that define Lamata.
