Baker’s High Rye Small Batch 7 Year Bourbon is a limited-release Kentucky straight bourbon that highlights a more spice-driven side of the Baker’s portfolio. Produced by Jim Beam at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, this special release features a higher rye content than the traditional Baker’s recipe, creating a bourbon that balances the brand’s signature richness with added complexity and spice.

Aged for seven years, the whiskey opens with aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, baking spice, and orange peel. The palate is bold and expressive, layering brown sugar, toffee, and roasted nuts with vibrant notes of cinnamon, black pepper, clove, and sweet baking spices from the elevated rye content. The texture is rich and mouth-coating, while the oak remains well integrated, adding depth without overwhelming the whiskey’s fruit and spice character. The finish is long and warming, lingering with notes of caramelized sugar, pepper, vanilla, and toasted oak.
