Clear Creek Distillery Eau de Vie of Douglas Fir is one of the most distinctive spirits produced by the pioneering Portland distillery founded by Steve McCarthy. Inspired by the forests of the Pacific Northwest, this unusual eau-de-vie is made from fresh Douglas fir buds harvested in the spring, capturing the vivid evergreen aromatics of the region in remarkably pure form.

The spirit is intensely aromatic yet surprisingly elegant. The nose opens with evergreen needles, citrus zest, mountain herbs, fresh pine, and subtle floral notes that immediately evoke a walk through a damp Pacific Northwest forest.
