This bottling leans beautifully into the pure orchard character of the apples while still carrying the warmth and spice of Calvados. The nose shows baked apple, poached pear, caramel, toasted almond, cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of honeycomb. On the palate, it’s supple and rounded with flavors of apple tart, butterscotch, dried orchard fruit, baking spice, and gentle oak.

The sweetness is balanced by bright natural acidity, keeping it fresh and lively rather than heavy. A slight oxidative note from the barrel aging adds another layer of complexity without overwhelming the fruit.
