Frey Ranch Uncut Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the full-proof expression of the distillery’s estate-grown bourbon, bottled straight from the barrel without chill filtration or dilution. Produced entirely on the Frey family farm in Fallon, Nevada, every grain in the mash bill is grown, harvested, distilled, aged, and bottled on-site, making Frey Ranch one of the country’s leading estate distilleries.

The mash bill combines estate-grown corn, winter wheat, winter rye, and two-row barley, creating a whiskey with both richness and structure. Bottled at barrel proof, the whiskey delivers concentrated notes of caramel, dark honey, toasted oak, cocoa, orange peel, baking spice, and roasted grain, with the higher proof bringing added texture and intensity while maintaining balance.

Despite the elevated proof, the whiskey remains approachable and expressive, showing the grain character and desert aging conditions that have become hallmarks of Frey Ranch’s style.
