Green Spot Irish Whiskey (750ml)

One of Ireland's most beloved whiskeys, Green Spot is a benchmark expression of traditional single pot still Irish whiskey and traces its roots back to the Mitchell family of Dublin, whose whiskey bonding business dates to the 1800s. Today, it is produced at Midleton Distillery using a mash bill of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks.

The nose is fresh and vibrant, with aromas of green apple, pear, citrus zest, and vanilla, accented by subtle notes of toasted oak and baking spice. The palate is silky and approachable, revealing layers of orchard fruit, honey, creamy malt, and gentle spice that showcase the signature richness and texture of the single pot still style. A lingering finish brings together sweet oak, soft fruit, and a touch of clove.
