A unique collaboration between two iconic producers, this limited-edition expression brings together the traditions of Irish whiskey and Napa Valley winemaking. Produced at Midleton Distillery, Green Spot Château Montelena begins with the classic Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, which is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks before receiving an additional finish in Zinfandel wine casks sourced from the legendary Château Montelena estate in California.

The nose is bright and inviting, offering aromas of orchard fruit, red berries, vanilla, and toasted oak, complemented by subtle floral notes and hints of baking spice. On the palate, layers of green apple, ripe cherry, honey, and creamy vanilla are framed by gentle tannins and a touch of cinnamon from the Zinfandel casks. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of sweet spice, fresh fruit, and soft oak.
