L'Encantada Armagnac Tattoo Series #3 is a bold, character-driven single cask Armagnac from one of the most respected independent bottlers in Gascony. L’Encantada specializes in sourcing traditionally made, small-production Armagnacs from tiny family domaines across Bas-Armagnac, often bottling them at natural cask strength with minimal intervention. The Tattoo Series releases lean especially raw and expressive, highlighting the individuality of each cask rather than polishing the spirit into a uniform house style.

Tattoo Series #3 delivers an intensely aromatic profile with notes of prune, dried black cherry, orange peel, leather, tobacco leaf, roasted nuts, dark caramel, and baking spice. Beneath the richer tones, there’s often a lifted herbal and earthy edge that keeps the spirit vibrant and unmistakably Gascon.

On the palate, it’s powerful and textured with concentrated layers of fig paste, cocoa, black tea, charred oak, espresso, and candied citrus. Depending on the cask, these Tattoo bottlings can show a slightly rustic edge in the best possible way, emphasizing authenticity, structure, and depth over polish. The long finish carries lingering spice, dried fruit, and earthy rancio notes.
