Crafted by Lucky Seven Spirits, “The Frenchman” is a distinctive bourbon that leans into finishing techniques more commonly associated with fine wine and Cognac. The whiskey begins as well-aged Kentucky bourbon before undergoing a secondary maturation in French oak casks, adding a layer of structure and nuance that sets it apart from more traditional profiles.

The French oak influence brings lifted aromatics and a more polished texture, with notes of baked apple, caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice, alongside hints of dried fruit and subtle floral tones. There’s a round, supple mouthfeel here, with the oak lending gentle tannin and a slightly drier, more refined finish than standard bourbon aging alone.
