Lucky Seven The New Yorker Bourbon (750ml)

Lucky Seven “The New Yorker” is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled by Lucky Seven Spirits and finished in toasted virgin Amburana wood casks.

The base bourbon is distilled and aged in Kentucky in new charred oak before undergoing a secondary maturation in Amburana barrels, a South American hardwood known for its intensely aromatic and spice-driven influence. This finishing process defines the whiskey’s character and sets it apart from traditional bourbon styles.

It is typically bottled at full proof, around 117 proof (58.5% ABV), and does not carry an age statement.

The profile leans heavily into the Amburana finish, showing pronounced notes of cinnamon, brown sugar, baking spice, and sweet pastry, layered over a foundation of caramel, vanilla, and oak. The finish is long, warm, and spice-forward.
