Built on a blend of botanicals with a base of neutral spirit, it offers a more structured, slightly more bitter alternative to the brighter, sweeter aperitivos.

The aromatics lean herbal and citrus-driven—orange peel, rhubarb, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it strikes a balance between sweetness and bitterness, with flavors of blood orange, bitter herbs, and a lightly earthy edge that gives it more depth and grip than softer styles.

Best known as the original base for the Venetian Spritz—simply paired with Prosecco and soda—but also works well anywhere you want a more bitters-forward aperitivo. A great option if you’re looking for something with a little more structure and complexity than the usual crowd-pleasers.
