Santanera Organic Blanco is a small-batch tequila made from 100% organic blue Weber agave grown on a single estate in Jalisco. The focus here is on farming and site expression, with each batch tied to a specific agave source rather than blending across regions.

Unaged and bottled shortly after distillation, it leans into a clean, natural style. The nose shows fresh agave, citrus, and light herbal notes. On the palate, it’s crisp and focused, with lime, subtle pepper, and green vegetal tones layered over a core of cooked agave. There’s a gentle minerality running through it, giving it structure without adding weight.

A straightforward, terroir-driven blanco that keeps things precise and unpolished. Best suited for sipping if you want to explore organic agave character, but it also holds up well in simple, spirit-forward cocktails.

Next-Day Delivery
