Stillman’s Sonder 10 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a mature Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 10 years of age and presented at cask strength. The whiskey is non-chill filtered, allowing the full texture and concentration developed during aging to remain intact.

The profile leans rich and layered, with notes of caramel, dark toffee, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice, and roasted nuts balanced by deeper tones of leather and char. Extended aging brings added structure and oak influence while still preserving sweetness and balance through the finish.

A robust, full-bodied bourbon best suited for sipping neat or with a small splash of water to open the aromatics and texture.
