Yellow Spot Irish Whiskey (750ml)

Originally introduced by the Mitchell family of Dublin in the late 19th century and revived in partnership with Midleton Distillery, Yellow Spot is a celebrated expression of traditional single pot still Irish whiskey. Matured for 12 years, it spends time in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, sherry butts, and uniquely, Spanish Málaga wine casks, which lend additional richness and complexity to the whiskey's character.

The nose is expressive and inviting, offering aromas of ripe peach, apricot, honey, and red apple, layered with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, and baking spice. On the palate, a silky texture carries flavors of orchard fruit, dried citrus, and creamy malt, complemented by hints of raisins and sweet spice imparted by the Málaga casks. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of honey, oak, and delicate pot still spice.
