Tequila Ocho Anjeo Capulin Single Barrel (750ml)

Tequila Ocho Añejo Single Barrel is a limited, high-proof expression built around the brand’s signature focus on terroir. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave sourced from the Capulín estate, this bottling captures the character of a single agave field rather than blending fruit from multiple sites. Tequila Ocho identifies Capulín among the individual estates in its terroir archive.

For its Single Barrel Añejo program, Ocho selects individual barrels for their distinctive aroma and flavor after 12 months of aging in ex-American whiskey oak. Unlike the standard Añejo, these exceptional barrels are bottled undiluted at their natural barrel strength, so the exact proof can vary from barrel to barrel.

Rich cooked agave remains at the center, layered with dark cacao, coffee, dried fruit, nutmeg and warming oak spice. The higher proof gives the tequila greater concentration and texture, leading into a deep, peppery finish with lingering roasted agave and a buttery richness.
