Alessio Dry Vermouth is an Italian dry vermouth from the Alessio range by Tempus Fugit Spirits, developed with inspiration from historic vermouth traditions. It is made with Piedmontese white wine and a traditional selection of herbs and spices, creating an aromatic yet distinctly dry profile.

Fresh and botanical, the palate combines vinous character with herbal, citrus and gently bitter notes. Its crisp, dry finish makes it a natural choice for classic cocktails calling for French- or dry-style vermouth, particularly the Martini and Bamboo, while its layered botanical character also makes it enjoyable chilled as an aperitif.
