Peter's Viessling Grüner Veltliner comes from vineyards surrounding the small village of Viessling in the western Wachau. These sites are among the latest-ripening in the region, benefiting from cooler conditions that preserve acidity and aromatic complexity throughout the growing season.

The resulting wine is a striking expression of Grüner Veltliner, offering aromas of citrus, green apple, fresh herbs, and white pepper. The palate is focused and energetic, with a mineral backbone and vibrant acidity that reflect the cooler character of the Spitzer Graben.
