PM Spirits Oloroso Sherry (750ml)

A limited-production Oloroso Sherry from the PM Spirits Project, created by Nicolas Palazzi of PM Spirits and Eduardo Ojeda, longtime Sherry winemaker and co-founder of Equipo Navazos. The June 2021 saca is a blend selected from several notable criaderas and has an average age of 18 years. The wine was initially fortified to 17% ABV, preventing the formation of flor, and spent its entire maturation aging oxidatively.

Full-bodied yet polished, it shows toasted nuts, orange peel and mature oxidative notes, with a rounded, mellow texture and excellent definition. Wine Advocate also noted peachy fruit alongside nuts and a varnish-like complexity, calling it a textbook example of Oloroso. The finished wine was bottled at 19% ABV.

For orders under $200, delivery fees range from $10 to $25 depending on your location. Your exact delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed after our same-day cutoff will be delivered the next business day.
