Park Cognac Borderies Single Vineyard is a more focused expression of Cognac’s smallest cru, zeroing in on a single estate site rather than a broader blend. Borderies is known for producing some of the most aromatic eaux-de-vie in the region, often marked by floral lift and a round, supple texture.

This bottling leans into that character. The nose shows violet, candied citrus, and soft spice, with a gentle oak influence sitting underneath. On the palate, it’s smooth and layered, with notes of ripe orchard fruit, honey, and a touch of almond, carried by a subtle structure that keeps everything in balance. There’s a natural richness here, but it stays composed and precise.

A great way to see what Borderies can do on its own—polished, expressive, and best enjoyed neat to let the aromatics fully open.

"Cognac Park is a small, young house born out of a chance meeting between Scotsman Dominic Park and the Master Distiller of Tessendier, which has been producing Cognac since 1880. The results are exceedingly rare, as blended Cognacs (mixed with grapes from a variety of vineyards) are much more common than single vineyard varieties. The bottle opens with a bouquet of floral and sweet creamy vanilla, with those flavors blossoming across the palate along with notes of plum pudding. A warming finish only reminds the drinker of how pure this eau-de-vie truly is." Gayot
